How We Helped
Des Moines City Hall discovered a number of unforeseen issues with their old duct chases. Corn States Metal Fabricators took the time to investigate and discovered that some of the problems might have been avoided with better routing. As the building is a Des Moines landmark, we took great pains to protect the finishes and maintain the historic charm and were still able to find the best route for their new duct chases.
